Processing time

KVERO products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before shipment. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping services, rates, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout after the delivery address is entered. Carrier estimates begin after the order has finished production and has been handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact info@kvero.co immediately if an address needs to be corrected. An address change cannot be guaranteed after shipment.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows unusual delay, loss, or damage, contact info@kvero.co with your order number. Keep the product, packaging, and shipping label if a package arrives damaged so KVERO can review the issue with the carrier.
