Each station is carved from solid hardwood and finished with food-safe natural oils that protect the wood and bring out the grain.
The dual slots are lined with protective pads to cushion your tools and protect the basket edges. Non-slip feet keep the station in place during tamping. Wipe clean with a damp cloth; do not submerge in water. Re-oil with food-safe mineral oil or wood wax every few months to maintain the finish.
