This stainless steel low-profile replacement drops the platform by roughly 1.5–2 inches, giving you the clearance you need to weigh shots into a full-size mug or travel flask without any workarounds.
Made entirely from food-grade stainless steel with a laser-cut drain grid. It slots directly into the factory position on the Gaggia Classic, Classic Pro, and Classic Pro EVO — no modifications needed. Includes the cutout for the 3-way solenoid valve discharge tube so nothing gets in the way of normal operation.
