This handcrafted wood replacement addresses that directly with an internal metal core that locks securely onto the D-shape valve shaft, so the knob turns smoothly and holds firm for the long run.
Available with or without a lever, and in four wood types: Olive Wood, Oak, American Walnut, and Ashwood. Each piece is hand-finished and carries its own grain. The lever option adds leverage for easier steam valve control during milk texturing.
Compatible with the Gaggia Classic, Gaggia Classic Pro, and Gaggia Classic Pro Evo — any model using a standard D-shape stem. Installation is tool-free: pull the old knob off, align the inner core, press into place.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth only. Do not submerge or dishwash.
